You consent to BrickLink's collection, use, storage, sharing and processing of your personal information including any or all of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. We may collect from you, use, store, share and process your name, e-mail address, country, shipping address and billing and payment details in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

BrickLink respects the privacy of our members and users. BrickLink will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. BrickLink may give out your address and e-mail address to those registered BrickLink members with whom you do business. As part of a transaction, you may release or receive personal information, including but not limited to e-mail address and shipping information, to and from another BrickLink user. Without obtaining prior permission from the other user, you may use this personal information only for that transaction or for BrickLink-related communications.

BrickLink may release your personal information to a third party in order to comply with legal requirements, or when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law. Your personal information including any or all of your data can be provided to verified law enforcement who are investigating an illegal activity or a crime. We may disclose your personal information to BrickLink members or those who send us a notice regarding claims of intellectual property rights infringement in compliance with the Terms of Service, as we in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate in connection with investigation of intellectual property infringement or other illegal activities. In such cases, we may disclose your name, address, country, phone number, e-mail address and company name.

BrickLink stores cookies on your computer which contain your login info as well as counters and identifiers to deliver content specific to you. Users who do not allow cookies will not be able to login to the Site and therefore will not have access to any area that a registered member or registered seller has access to. Please note that if you reject or block all cookies in your browser settings, you may not be able to take full advantage of BrickLink's services.

As a BrickLink member, you are required to provide your name, valid e-mail address and country at registration and choose a username to represent your identity on BrickLink. You may choose to connect to or register a BrickLink account using your Facebook application. Your username is publicly displayed and connected to your BrickLink activity. Depending on which services you choose to use, BrickLink may require additional information, such as billing and payment information. You may optionally choose to provide your full name to be publicly displayed in connection with your account and activity.

BrickLink uses the information described in this Privacy Policy to provide and improve our services, for billing and payments, for identification and authentication purposes, and to contact members or interested parties. BrickLink may contact you about our services or your activity. In order to provide our services to you BrickLink may share your information with other companies who perform certain tasks on our behalf, such as processing payments, handling billing disputes and collections and improving performance.

BrickLink uses a variety of technologies to help us understand your usage of the Site and improve our services. BrickLink uses tracking technologies for general purposes including performance and marketing and advertising. Performance tracking helps us understand how the Site is functioning so that we can improve our services. Marketing and advertising tracking helps us gather data to help deliver advertising content relevant to your interests or to improve our services. BrickLink partners with third-party services who may use tracking technologies to provide certain services or features, including targeted online marketing. For advertising purposes, Google Analytics allows BrickLink to keep track of where visitors to the Site are coming from (search engines, websites, blogs, etc.), general site metrics (new visit count, duration of visit, etc.), and relevant search or purchase information (e-commerce data, demographics, interests, etc.). These technologies allow BrickLink to recognize your computer or mobile device each time you visit the Site. To opt-out and prevent data from being used by Google Analytics, you may download the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on or change your Google Ads Settings.

Third-parties may choose to include BrickLink banners or links on their websites. When you load a website that has chosen to include our banner or link, we receive analytics information through a cookie that may be used to enhance our data or to improve our services. BrickLink does not allow third-party technologies to access personal user information from BrickLink. BrickLink does not have access or control over these third-party technologies, and they are not covered by our Privacy Policy.  

You may change or correct your BrickLink account information (except your username) on the Site. You may remove certain optional information on the Site that you no longer wish to be publicly visible, such as your full name.

Do not disclose your BrickLink password to anyone. If you do share your password or your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify BrickLink and change your password.

We offer several features that allow members to connect and communicate in public spaces, such as Forum and Help Center. Be aware that any personal information you submit there can be read, collected or used by others, or could be used to send you unsolicited messages. BrickLink generally does not remove content from community spaces, and your posts may remain public after your account is closed. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to post in community spaces on the Site. Also, do not post other member's personal information, such as e-mail addresses, in community spaces.
