Seller Guidelines

Represent your shop accurately

Fill out your store’s About page and build trust with your customers and visitors. Your prices for MOC items should be chosen reasonably, and handling costs should never exceed the total price of parts. Keep in mind you’re not only selling a product but representing a designer and his or her work through your store.

Be informative and up-to-date

Describing shipping policies and a summary of package contents in detail will help you gain a good impression. Always update any changes to your inventory and provide appealing photos and descriptions for all products for sale.

Provide great customer service

Guarantee realistic processing and delivery times. Always be courteous to customers’ questions, reviews, and feedback on your store page. If there are any disputes with the buyer, try working it out between the two of you and contact the Help Desk only if the dispute could not be resolved. If you are unable to complete an order, cancel the order and notify the buyer immediately.
